A MODERN TAKE ON SYMPHONIC METAL
FlowerLeaf is a modern symphonic metal band originally from Brazil, now based in Germany. Founded in 2018 by vocalist Vivs Takahashi and bassist Marcelo Kaczorowsky, the lineup also includes guitarist Luca Schulte-Kellinghaus and drummer Florian Mathes.
The band combines heavy riffs, orchestral elements, and melodic vocals to create a distinctive sound that goes beyond the boundaries of traditional symphonic metal. Their debut album Stronger (2018) featured guest appearances by Marina La Torraca (Phantom Elite, Exit Eden) and Mylena Monaco (Sinaya).
FlowerLeaf has toured across Europe, performed at festivals like FemME, Brainstorm and KillerZ, and shared the stage with bands such as Xandria, Serenity, and Temperance. Their upcoming album DREAMERIE explores a darker and more intense side of their music.

"Opening the evening is not always easy, especially since two heavyweights of the metal scene, Temperance and Serenity, follow behind, so I admit that the band led by the singer Vivs will have played its role very well."

- Sound-Scribe
“The first band of the evening was the exotic band FlowerLeaf with an amazing singer from Brazil. They only played a short set, but it made an impression on me."

"Vivs Takahashi and Marcelo Kaczorowsky show they're not playing around with a debut album that, if there's justice and a good promo, will do well worldwide"
